Returns Policy

At The Wellness Hospital Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we have strict guidelines for returns to ensure patient safety and comply with regulations.

Eligible for Return:

Unopened, unused medications in original packaging with intact seals
Products received damaged or defective (must report within 1 hour)
Incorrect items shipped by us (must report within 1 hour)

Not Eligible for Return:

Prescription medications (unless defective/damaged)
Opened or used products
Temperature-sensitive medications (vaccines, insulin, etc.)
Personal care items (thermometers, surgical items, etc.)

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer care within 1 hour of delivery

  • Provide order details and the reason for return

  • If approved, we'll provide return instructions

  • Ship items back within 5 business days using our approved method

  • Once received and verified, we'll process your refund/exchange


Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Wrong/damaged items sent by us

  • Paid but unfulfilled orders (due to stock issues)

  • Cancelled orders before shipment

Refund Process:

  • Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • For cash on delivery, we'll process via bank transfer

  • Prescription medications are only refundable if unopened and approved by a pharmacist

Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping charges

  • Special order items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges of any kind. 


Special Cases

Expired Products: If you receive expired medication, we will replace it immediately.

Temperature-Sensitive Items: Must be refused at delivery if packaging is compromised.
