Shipping policy

At The Wellness Hospital Pharmacy, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your medications and healthcare products. Please review our shipping policy below:

Delivery Areas & Charges

  • Free Delivery: All DHA Karachi sectors (Phase 1-8)

  • Standard Delivery: Rs. 150 for all other areas of Karachi


Note: We currently only deliver within Karachi.

 

 

Delivery Timings

  • Standard Deliveries: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Daily)

  • Express Delivery: Available for urgent medications (2-4 hour delivery, Rs. 250 extra)

  • Weekend Deliveries: Available (Saturday & Sunday)

 

 

Order Processing

  • Prescription Orders: Processed within 2-4 hours after verification

  • OTC Products: Dispatched same day

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 9:00 PM are delivered same day (subject to stock availability)

 

 

Special Handling

  • Temperature-Sensitive Items: Shipped in insulated packaging (vaccines, insulin, etc.)

  • Controlled Substances: Require ID verification at delivery

  • Prescription Requirements: Must present original prescription copy when required

 

 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive:

  1. Order confirmation SMS

  2. Dispatch notification with estimated delivery time

  3. Delivery executive contact details

  4. Post-delivery satisfaction survey

 

 

Important Notes

  • We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes

  • Someone must be available to receive medical deliveries

  • Address changes must be requested before dispatch

  • Undeliverable packages will be returned to the pharmacy
