❌ When Not to Use:
•    Hypersensitivity to empagliflozin or any component of the product
•    Severe renal impairment, end-stage renal disease (ESRD), or patients on dialysis

⚠️ Precautions:
•    Empagliflozin can lead to intravascular volume contraction
o    Monitor for symptomatic hypotension particularly in:
    Elderly patients
    Those with renal impairment
    Patients on diuretics
    Those with low systolic blood pressure

🚨 Warnings:
Warning 1:
•    When used with insulin or sulfonylureas, risk of hypoglycemia is increased
•    A dose reduction of the insulin or secretagogue may be necessary
