How It Works
•    Tramadol:
Acts as a non-selective agonist of µ, δ, and κ opioid receptors (strongest for µ). Also inhibits reuptake of noradrenaline and increases serotonin release. Has antitussive (cough-suppressant) effects.
•    Paracetamol:
Believed to work centrally by activating descending serotonergic pathways and possibly by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis or acting via cannabinoid receptors.
