How It Works:
 Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that blocks histamine to relieve allergy
symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, and runny nose.
 Pseudoephedrine: A decongestant that works by shrinking swollen nasal passages and
stimulating alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors, reducing sinus and nasal congestion.
 Dextromethorphan: A cough suppressant that acts on the brain's cough center (medulla
oblongata) to reduce the urge to cough.
