How It Works:
 Dextromethorphan HBr: Suppresses the cough reflex by acting on the cough center in
the brain.
 Carbinoxamine maleate: An antihistamine that blocks histamine receptors, reducing

 Pseudoephedrine HCl: A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages
to relieve nasal stuffiness.
 Guaifenesin: An expectorant that thins and loosens mucus in the airways, making it

Usage and Safety
