How It Works:
 Theophylline: Relaxes bronchial smooth muscles and dilates airways for easier
breathing.
 Ammonium Chloride: Acts as an expectorant by irritating the bronchial mucosa and
enhancing mucus clearance.
 Menthol: Provides a cooling, soothing effect and acts as a mild local anesthetic.
 Diphenhydramine: An antihistamine that blocks H1 receptors to reduce allergic
symptoms and suppress cough.
Usage and Safety
